The Story

Consultant architect Ronald Baz graduated from the school of fine arts Beirut (Académie Libanaise des beaux arts – A.L.B.A) in 1985.

He also pursued studies in urban planning in the same institution.

After receiving his diploma, he started his own research and design studio: Aa – architecture design and urban planning.

This firm gained its distinction for its multidisciplinary team work.

Soon thereafter he was very much entrusted with important assignments which ranged from recreational housing and commercial facilities, hotels and tourist infrastructure, like the extension of casino du Liban, blue lagoon Water Park – Syria, private international airport – Lebanon.

Architect Ronald Baz also planned operations for housing and urban development and restoration of old buildings. He was chosen in a very exclusive contest to study and supervise the execution of a large scale leisure club, like Deir el kalaa country club of Beit – Mery. From 1993 to 1998, he designed numerous private residences in the vicinity of Beit – Mery. In this same area, he also developed plans for housing and urban development like les Domaines de Deir el-Kalaa, Sofar residential project, Bhamdoun resort and club.

Starting 1996, the professional activities of architect Ronald Baz began to extend beyond the lebanese market. It reached Syria and Saudi Arabia, Qatar- Bahrain where he was commissioned  to perform  many projects like blue lagoon – Cordoba hills- Aleppo, villas in K.S.A, Bab al Rayan-qatar, private residence in Bahrain, etc..

Meanwhile, he studied many urban planning projects in Lebanon, Syria and Qatar.

The creativity introduced in several projects managed and supervised by the consultant make him very well known in the field that he extended his activity to the region of the middle east and has concluded a project in Syria with more than 750 villas, named Cordoba hill, with a land area of 2,500,000 m² and a constructed area of 250,000 m².
